Trainee Assistant
Required Qualifications

Age: Not exceeding 24 years

Education: Minimum 10+2 or equivalent from recognized university with minimum CGPA 3.0 or second division

Knowledge/Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English, Sound knowledge of Office Applications, Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships with people.

It is an entry level position and prior work experience is not required. Candidates must have minimum of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Management from a recognized university. The eligible candidates meeting the minimum qualification shall be shortlisted for further selection process based on the following criteria.

Kathmandu Valley:
Relatively lower age and 1st division or 3.00 CGPA (out of 4) in Bachelor’s Degree. Candidates obtaining 1st division in Master’s Degree only will not be considered.

Outside Kathmandu Valley:
Relatively lower age and higher percentage/ CGPA in Bachelors Degree. Candidates will be shortlisted on merit basis.

TO APPLY: Age of candidates applying for Management Trainee and Trainee Assistant should not exceed 30 years as on March 14, 2019.
Candidates must have working knowledge of MS Office applications and must be fluent in English and Nepali (written and spoken).
Preference will be given to suitable local candidates or the candidates from the surrounding areas of the branches.
Shortlisted candidates shall only be informed about further selection process.
Preference will be given to candidates having two wheeler driving license.

Branch Managers – Few
Age: 21-40 Year

At least a Bachelor degree in Management with minimum 2nd division marks or 2.5 CGPA. Masters Degree and experience in credit function Preferred.
Minimum 2 years of banking experience
Officer Level (Junior officer – Senior Officer)
Required for existing branches- Banepa, Jalbire, Barhabise, Chautara, and for upcoming branches in Makawanpur and Panauti.
