Tourism Organizations Warns not to Bring New Tourism Act Without Consulting

Organizations related to the tourism sector have warned not to bring the new tourism act without discussing it with the entrepreneurs.

In a joint meeting held on Tuesday, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation demanded to stop the unofficial information that a new tourism act is being brought soon. Entrepreneurs have said that it would not be acceptable for them to bring the act without consulting them.

Entrepreneurs have drawn the attention of the Ministry of Tourism saying that if the government brings the Tourism Act in a one-sided manner without discussion and consultation with various umbrella organizations affiliated to the tourism sector, the Act will not be acceptable to us.

The umbrella organization of tourism entrepreneurs including HAN, NATO, TAAN, NATO, SOTTO, NMA, TBAN, REBAN, HOSAN, EOA, NARA, NTB have issued a joint statement drawing the attention of the government.
