These cases are being heard in a seven-part full seat that involves Chief Justice Gopal Parajuli, and judges Om Prakash Mishra, Kedar Prasad Chalise, Sharada Prasad Ghimire, Meera Khadka, Prakash Man Singh Raut and Purushottam Bhandari.

The SC, on March 21, had suppressed the administration’s choice to choose Jaya Bahadur Chand as the assessor general of Nepal Police. The administration had selected Prakash Aryal as the IGP on April 10.
