Plan International Nepal invites application from female candidates and candidates from marginalized communities (Dalit, Madhesi, Janajati) for the following positions:
- Position: Logistics Administrator 1
Purpose: The position holder will be responsible to support the smooth functioning of the operations functions at the field office. S/he will be responsible for managing assets and inventories, cash fund and general administrative support at the field office including front desk management.
2. Term and Location: Fixed term employment for 3 years based in Nepalgunj Field OfficeProject Manager for Missing Child Alert (MCA)-II Project -1 Position
Purpose: The position holder will provide leadership in the coordination, delivery, monitoring and reporting of the of the ProTEcT : MCA II Project in line with the approved project proposal, Detailed project implementation plan (DIP) and funding agreement document (FAD) following the gender transformative approaches as outlined in Plan Nepal Country Strategy. S/he is responsible for high quality and timely delivery of the project according to the objectives and approaches described in the project proposal and contract documents and to the satisfaction of the project stakeholders.S/he will be responsible to lead and coordinate ProTEcT: MCAII Project program planning, implementation and monitoring at community, Province, national level and regional level. Lead and contribute for achieving the project. S/he will be required to compile and prepare Quarterly Report, Progress Reports, Case Stories Annual Program Progress Report and Grant project report.
3. Terms and Location: Fixed term employment till 31 December 2023 based in Country Office, LalitpurSexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) Specialist-1 Position
Purpose: The position holder will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in developing Plan International Nepal’s strategy and programmatic approach to Sexual and Reproductive Health. S/he will guide thematic project heads in designing and monitoring projects incorporating SRHR particularly for access of adolescents to information and services of SRHR, sexuality education and social accountability on SRHR services. S/he will also be responsible for the capacity development of Plan International Nepal and its partner staff on SRHR.
4. Terms and Location: Fixed term employment for 2 years based in Country Office, LalitpurLogistics Coordinator-1 Position
Purpose: The position holder will be responsible to coordinate and implement procurement, logistics and administrative support in compliance with Plan International Nepal’s policies and procedures for the smooth functioning of Operations in the Field Office. S/he will maintain the functional relationship with finance, program and sponsorship staff of the field office. S/he will assist the Area Manager for managing operations functions budget of the field office.
Term and Location: Fixed term employment for 3 years based in Karnali Field Office, Jumla
