Nepal-China Consultation Mechanism meeting commences

NT: Nepal: The eleventh meeting of the Diplomatic Consultation Mechanism has commenced in the Capital today.

The meeting that is occurring following a break of four years, would survey the Nepal-China relations, political relations, and the most recent political advancements.


The meeting would be driven by outside secretaries of both the nations and would harp on Nepal-China monetary collaboration, venture, exchange and network alongside land and air course availability.


The two nations would likewise ponder on tourism and socio-social trades, coordinated effort on territories of common enthusiasm for the setting of combination of the concordant relations, and directing standard gatherings of other reciprocal systems.


Essentially, major local and worldwide issues of normal intrigue would likewise be evaluated in the meeting.

A 11-part Chinese designation is being driven by Chinese Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs Kong Xuan You, and the 20-part Nepali assignment by Foreign Ministry’s Secretary Shanker Das Bairagi.


Best authorities from the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development, Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Home Ministry, Finance, Commerce, Energy, Agriculture, Supply, Physical Infrastructure and Transport including National Planning Commission, Investment Board Nepal and the National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) will be going to the meeting.

The tenth meeting of Nepal-China Consultation Mechanism was held in Beijing in 2013.
