Mount Everest Climbing Fake Permit, 3 Arrested

Kathmandu – Three accused persons arrested on the fake permit for Mount Everest climbing. Seven Treks Pvt. Ltd. legal department head Nibhesh Karki, Manager Phartenji Sherpa, and Accountant Bijayashwor Aryal are arrested.
Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) Team arrested them one of them Nibhesh arrested from Thamel Kathmandu, Bijayashwor from Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, and Sherpa from Phorase of Solukhumbu.

Disclosed fact
While Seven Summit Trek has taken permit for ‘14 peak experience Everest Expedition 2018’ on 13th April 2018 but added only 12 names.
According to Police Karki, Aryal, Sherpa made a fake permit with adding 2 citizens of China and Australia.
When they submitted this fake permit Xerox copy to Sagarmatha (Everest) Pollution Control Committee meantime Tourism Board also submitted original permit of 12 persons for ‘14 peak experience Everest Expedition 2018’. After showing two permits same date and number, CIB start the investigation and arrested them

From this Fake Permit Karki, Aryal and Sherpa take a 22 thousand dollar.

CIB investigate upon them in case of misusing Government official stamp.
