Hike for Gender Equality
Kathmandu – with giving a message of gender equality On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Adventure and Events Nepal and Let’s Hike are jointly organizing a day hike to Lakuri Bhanjyang.
As per the information given by the organizer, this hike starts from Suryabinayak, Bhaktapur, and ends at Dhungeni, Lalitpur on March 7, 2020.
International Women’s Day (IWD) is celebrated on the 8th of March every year. An equal world is an enabled world.
Individually, we’re all responsible for our own thoughts and actions – all day, every day. We can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations and celebrate women’s achievements, said one of organizer Arun Panthi. He added collectively, each one of us can help create a gender-equal world.
