400 KV transmission line development ended in Saptari

NT: Nepal: Construction of a transmission tower for 400 kilovolt transmission line has been ended for as long as six months because of the disappointment of concerned specialists to make the space for the same.

Timberland along the venture site is yet to be cleared which falls under the obligation of the District Forest Office, in this manner ending the venture, said the venture temporary worker. The carelessness and deferral with respect to the Forest Office has caused the postponement, said director of the agreement organization Dinesh Man Chandra

 

A sum of 800 seismic tremor versatile transmission towers has been contracted to work along the range, Dhalkebar-Bardibas and Saptari-Kanchanpur-Inaruwa in Sunsari. Begun since April, 2013, the venture must be finished inside 30 months. The venture cost-Rs 5.20 billion-is financed by the World Bank.
